______JW. Rottweilers reserved the right to hold back any puppies prior to picks being made. All puppies and adults are as accurately described as possible and are guaranteed to be healthy and as JW. Rottweilers have represented at the time of the sale. JW. Rottweilers puppies/dogs are priced according to pedigree, quality breeding history and/or possible future potential. JW. Rottweilers make no guarantee’s implied or other wise that any animal sold will gain any type of show title, but that they exhibit certain potential and a possibility of doing as based on JW. Rottweilers evaluation at the time of the sale. Any know faults will be discussed with the buyer before a puppy is purchased. If, for any reason, the owner cannot keep the puppy/dog, JW. Rottweilers has the first rights on retaining full ownership in order to rehome said puppy/dog and must include all necessary paperwork (AKC registration and health paperwork). my puppies are NOT sold for resale and cannot be transferred or sold to another party without the written consent of JW. Rottweilers.

_______DEPOSITS AND FINAL PAYMENT: An interview either in person or by telephone is required prior to any deposit being made. Picks are done in the order that deposits and contracts have been received. A non-refundable deposit of $250.00 will hold the puppy of your choice if said puppy is available. Deposit are transferred to future litters if desired puppy/dog is not available. All remaining balances must be paid by 6 weeks if the puppy is being shipped or upon pickup at 8 weeks. JW. Rottweilers does not refund money for purchased puppies that are not picked up or taken by their new owner's. Once a puppy or dog is purchased it is the new owner's responsibility to pick it up and to provide a clean and healthy environment and to give their new pet love and attention. JW. Rottweilers do not give refund for buyer's remorse or cancellations. It is a new owner's responsibility to make sure they are ready for a new pet and educated in making their decision to welcome a new family member into their home. If shipping or other arrangements are not made by 8 weeks of age or a puppy/dog is not picked up at its scheduled time to leave there is a boarding and maintence fee of $10.00 per day.

_______FULL AKC REGISTRATION: AKC registration papers will accompany puppy at the time the new owner takes possession or at the time they are received from AKC JW. Rottweilers reserve the right to retain or limit the registry regardless of deposit if JW. Rottweilers feel the puppy does not meet certain AKC standard. If the puppy is retained or its registration limited for any reason after a deposit is made, you may apply it toward the purchase of anther puppy or reserve a puppy from a future litter. In no event will the deposit be returned. Any puppies purchased with a SHOW/BREEDING agreement must have prelimary x-rays done at the age of 12 months for a comparative and then at the age of 24-30 months x-rays must be done for OFA or PENN Hip Certification with a minimum of a fair rating. The mate must be of comparable quality (AKC full registration) and all test must also be done prior to any breeding. Both dogs must be healthy and current on vaccines and deworming’s prior to breeding. JW. Rottweilers reserves the right to repossess said dog and any offspring if breeding is done prior to the above items being completed.

_______LIMITED AKC REGISTRATION: Any puppies purchased with limited registration will not be bred under any circumstances. JW. Rottweilers reserves the right to repossess said dog and offspring if any breeding’s occur at buyer's expense.

_______HEALTH GURANTEE: All puppies are guaranteed against life threatening hereditary or genetic defect until 6 months of age.Congenital and Genetic diseases which are not life threatening and do not adversely affect the

health of the animal are not covered by this guarantee . Such diseases are localized demodex mange,

Grade 1 and 2 Heart Murmurs, Grade 1 and 2 Luxating patellas, cherry eye , localized mange ,

bladder stones, inverted eye lids,coccidia or parvo.

All puppies must be seen by a veterinarian with 10 days after purchase for a full health check including a fecal in order for this guarantee to be valid. If said puppy is not seen by a veterinarian within this time the health guarantee is void. If puppy/dog is found to have life threatening hereditary or genetic defeats then a full report of any and all defects or problems must be submitted to JW. Rottweilers in writing within 5 days.If there is a proven defect then puppy/dog and all AKC papers must be returned to JW. Rottweilers within 5 days at the expense of the buyer or if agreed upon by both parties. A replacement puppy of same value will be given on a current of future litter for the same quality puppy however, shipping is at buyer's expense. If said puppy/dog dies due to the congenital defect the buyer agrees to have a necropsy at their expense to determine the cause of death and a replacement puppy of equal value will be given. If buyer, wishes to have a puppy of greater value then the balance must be paid prior to receiving puppy and shipping expense is the responsibility of buyer. This guarantee does not cover well puppy visits, regular vaccines, deworming or any veterinary care or medication.

NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN

_________HIP GURANTEE: JW. Rottweilers have a 2 year hip guarantee on all puppies. In order for the hip guarantee to be valid puppies must have preliminary x-ray done at the age of 12 months for comparative and then at the age of 24-30 months x-ray must be done for OFA or PENN Hip Certification. They must be evaluated for no less than fair. IF the puppy does not qualify to the above, then puppy/dog and all AKC papers must be returned to JW. Rottweilers in 5 days at the expense of they buyer or if agreed upon by both parties. A replacement puppy of the same value will be given on a future litter for the same quality puppy. If the 12 month preliminary x-rays show good or excellent and the 24 month x-rays show border-line or less than borderline, this guarantee is not valid. There are many things that can cause hip dysplasia other than genetic defects such strenuous exercise excessive climbing above the puppy's shoulders such as vehicles or stairs, and too much weight to name a few. Any cause for the dysplasia other than a genetic defect is not covered under this guarantee.

___________Buyer agrees to release and hold JW. Rottweilers harmless for any and all liabilities, damages, or injuries, caused either directly or indirectly by dog/puppy to any person, animal , whether actual or legal, or to any property whether real or personal. Furthermore, Buyer assumes full liability for any damages or injuries, whether physical or mental, emotional or economical, caused property whether real or personal, after acknowledging delivery and possession of the puppy/dog.

_____________Buyer agrees that puppy/dog will not be used as fighting dog. Socializing your dog will not keep your dog from being protective. If puppy/dog is found to be abused or neglected, JW. Rottweilers will repossess dog and will have the right to pursue legal action.
